Crystal Tours
Crystal Tours is a travel agency specialising in organising holidays for High School graduates. Their mobile application serves for students to plan their trip after graduation.
Within this project I enhanced the user experience by identifiying user needs, shaping the app in a new UI Design and close collaboration with the development team.

Iterative Design Process
Throughout the design process, I used Surveys, Sketches, and User Tests to iteratively refine and optimise the user interface and experience. Given the scope of this project, I used a strategic approach to maintain oversight and structure. Employing a User Flow Diagram, I outlined the app's structural framework. This visual aid, together with a Design System, proved invaluable in preserving focus and ensuring seamless interaction within the prototype’s interface.
In the final phase, we invited users to engage with the prototype. This real-world testing provided invaluable insights, allowing us to fine-tune the app's functionality and user flows.
The app allows graduates to easily navigate through their holiday itinerary.
